However, every laptop, adapter, and cable included with your purchase is backed by our 2-year warranty for added peace of mind.

A 2-year warranty is longer than the standard 1-year warranty commonly offered with many brand-new computers, giving you extended protection and support long after your purchase. We stand behind our products and are committed to helping you keep your diagnostic equipment working properly.

✅ What’s Covered

Your warranty includes protection against the following issues for a full 24 months from the date of delivery:

  • Hardware defects (laptops, cables, diagnostic adapters)

  • Software installation or activation problems related to our initial setup

  • Diagnostic tool malfunctions under normal, approved use

  • Licensing or configuration errors linked to our setup process

If any component fails due to a manufacturer defect or installation issue, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost to you.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage (e.g., cracked screens, water damage, impact)

  • Misuse or abuse of hardware or software
