Refund policy / Returns
30-Day Return Policy: You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, scratches and normal signs of use is acceptable . You'll need to provide the order number and or full name and address on the original order. The 30 Day return starts from the date you receive your package.
International returns: For shipments to Australia, Canada, and international destinations outside the USA, please note that if you wish to return a product for any reason, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We do not refund shipping fees.
International Exchanges: If for any reason we are sending you an exchange, you must pay for shipping of the item being exchanged.
Initiating a Return: Contact us at Support@heavydiagnostic.com with your name as it appears on the order and the order number to start a return. We can also offer exchanges.
Return Process: If your return is accepted, You should have received prepaid return label in the package you received, if for what ever reason you did not receive it, please contact us at support@heavyDiagnostic.com and we will provide you with an electronic prepaid shipping return label. and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue. ( scratches and signs of use is not an issue since our items are refurbished and may show signs of use"
Items Ineligible for Return/Exchange: Diesel Diagnostic Laptops and Diesel Diagnostic Laptops with interface & cables.
Exchanges: Contact us within 30 days for an exchange at Support@heavydiagnostic.com.
Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee if returned within 30 days. After 30 days, a restocking fee applies.
Return Time Window During Holidays: 35 days.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 5 business days. Note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at Support@heavydiagnostic.com.
